Shipping Policy
Where your order ships from
All orders placed on Revnox ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. We do not stock inventory in the United States or Canada.
Delivery time
Delivery time is 10 to 25 business days from the date you place your order. This is not Amazon Prime two-day shipping. By placing an order on Revnox, you acknowledge and accept this delivery window.
Most orders arrive between business days 12 and 18. The longer end of the range covers customs delays, weather, and carrier handoffs at the destination country.
Tracking
We provide a tracking number within 5 business days of your order date. You will receive the tracking number by email.
In some cases tracking will go silent for 3 to 7 days while the package transits between the origin carrier and the destination country carrier. This is normal. The tracking will resume updating once the package is scanned in the destination country.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Customs and duties
For US orders, current de minimis rules typically mean no duties on individual orders below $800. For Canadian orders, GST/HST may be assessed at the border. Any duties or taxes assessed by your country's customs are your responsibility, not Revnox's.
What to do if your order is delayed beyond 25 business days
Email contact@revnox.com with your order number. If we cannot produce evidence the package was scanned by the destination carrier, we will reship at our cost or refund. Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us. Filing a chargeback bypasses our ability to help and adds 90 days to resolution.
What to do if your order arrives damaged
Photograph the damage immediately, including the outer packaging. Email contact@revnox.com within 7 days of delivery with the photos and your order number. We will replace damaged-in-transit items at no charge. Items damaged during installation are not covered.
Address accuracy
